Twenty-Seven (27) wonderful guestrooms in two 2-story buildings, including Five (5) very special Cottage Suites in Three 1-story Cabins. All is properly situated on the busy coast-to-coast U.S. Highway 50. Computerized ILCO Key-Card Security Locks are installed on all guestrooms. There are two wood decks featuring hot tubs, as well as a busy seasonal, heated swimming pool. The motel was constructed in 1957-58, with a substantial addition in 1989. The entire property has been constantly upgraded. Guestroom interior have always been kept above like-kind motel standards and definitely belong to the upper class of lodging resorts in and out of the region. All guestrooms have exterior access. A friendly Guest reception and breakfast area with easy access from the Owner' s Residence. The beautiful residence offers a total of four (4) large bedrooms, two of which, including one large bathroom are on the main floor along with a magnificent, giant, light and bright living room and a modern open kitchen. The other two bedrooms, plus a ¾ bathroom, are situated in the 760-square-foot nicely finished basement. Current owners are in place since 1998, a total of Twelve (12) years.
